Every month i pick a favourite photo for the month from those displayed. My favourites for this month were:
- Horseman featuring two horseman riding over glass like water
- Frozen in Space with water drops captured in a moment
- Black Lightning with dead branches against the sky
- End of the Rainbow with the end of a beautiful rainbow
- Wineglass Bay, Eastern Tasmania on a beatiful clear day
- Marble Clouds with the reflections of clouds overhead on a marble gravestone
- Empty City Streets, a suprisingly spooky shot of an empty city street taken late at night
I loved all of the above photographs but in the end this one was my favourite for the month:
Its far from technically perfect but never the less a favourite. It was a time exposure at night and intended to capture the reflection of the moon on the water as a contrast against the black sky. Instead it turned out a cross between day and night with the night sky instead appearing blue. And for producing the unexpected its my favourite for the month.
It was a difficult decision again deciding on my favourite photo for April, there have been a few that i’ve really liked this month but in the end i couldn’t go past Barbed Wire
Other favourites were Blue Green, Winter Road and Still Waters of 5 Mile Beach

I have decided to repost my favourite photo for the month at the end of every month as much for my own enjoyment and reference as any other reason. March was a difficult month as i have posted a lot more photos than usual and some of those pictures i’ve really loved too, so deciding which was the best was difficult. But for me i couldn’t go past Rocks on a Mirror
For me its peaceful and serene and the water was so shallow that every small stone on the beach stood up out of the water .
