The 2006 Commonwealth Games start today in Melbourne, Australia. As part of this there are a whole lot of floating barges with what appear to be fish of the Commonwealth as seen here with the MCG, the main stadium of the games.
This morning just after 8am, Wild Oats won the Sydney to Hobart yacht race. I watched it come up river and was at the finish line.
Coming up the Derwent River accompanied by a large floatilla of spectator craft
